Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
CEO is the highest-ranking person in the company and is ultimately responsible for taking managerial decisions for the day-to-day operations of the company.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
COO is the senior executive who oversees ongoing business operations within the company. COO reports to the CEO and is second-in command in the company. This position covers for project management and company operations including human resources, administration, logistics, procurement, IT, and Security.
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
CTO is the senior technical executive in the company who oversees business development, client and external relations, communication, and reporting. Typical responsibilities of a CTO includes, technical decisions with the company’s goals, managing business development, maintaining communication with and reporting to the clients and MEL, etc.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
CFO is the senior financial executive with responsibility of financial affairs of the company. CFO responsibilities includes, financial planning, budgeting, bookkeeping, accounting, setting up of internal controls, grants and contracts management and other compliance and legal matters.
